Harmony Art Villa is ideal for your group up to 36 people and for events, weddings  up to 145 people. This villa is the complete privatization of the estate including Serenity Art Villa and Dream Art Villa .

It is an ideal place for all your events or gatherings with friends and family. You will have many places dedicated to relaxation in common while keeping for each one its private space with rooms and master bedrooms accessible as in a completely privatized hotel. A seminar room is also available and all the exclusive and private services offered by our concierge service are available according to your needs.

Villa Rules

  • Check in after 4pm
  •  Check out latest 9am
  • Minimum Stay is 3 nights (except July and August)
  • Minimum Stay in July and August is 7 nights (Check in - Check out Saturdays οnly)
  •  Children Welcome (2-12 years)
  •  Infants welcome (under 2 years)
  •  Parties or events are allowed
  •  Pets are allowed

Villa Pricing

  • Rates are in Euros
  • Rates include all taxes, services and usage of air-condition
  • Cleaning service, including linen and towels change - every 3/4 days
  • Final cleaning is included in the price
  • Free baby cot and high chair (upon request)
  • Welcome Pack
  • Refundable damage deposit 3000 € (by pos available)
  • The basic event fee (up to 50 guests) is 2500€
    • from 50 to 100 guests: 3000€
    • from 100 guests and more: 3500€
  • Cleaning fee for each reservation is 1650€

Villa Cancelation Policies

    • After booking confirmation:
      10% of the rental price is non-refundable at any time.
    • More than 60 days before arrival
      Only the 10% non-refundable fee applies. No additional payment is required.
    • 60 to 30 days before arrival:
      50% of the rental price will be charged.
    • Less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-shows:
      100% of the rental price will be charged.
