Wedding Policies - Things to know

Wedding Events:

•       The minimum stay in the villa must be booked.
•       The wedding event damage deposit is 3.000 euros.
•       The basic wedding event (up to 50 guests) fee is 2.000 euros. 

  •                               over 50 guests up 100….. 2.500€
  •                               over 100 guests ……………3.000€

•       The wedding event cleaning fee is 550 euros.
•       The maximum wedding event capacity is 145 guests.

Wedding event services offered:

•       Τhe exterior areas of the villa will be made available, to host the wedding ceremony and reception.
•       The extra electricity and water costs will be covered. Lighting in the full property till 3 am
•       The exterior areas will be prepared for the wedding event, sunbeds, umbrellas, and gazebo will be removed.
•       A cleaning lady will be available for cleaning the guests’ toilets for 3-4 hours.
•       The next day of the wedding event, the exterior of the villa will be cleaned and the sunbeds, umbrellas, and gazebo will be repositioned.
